This place was a whole new feeling as soon as you walk in. The people who work there are very professional and knowledgeable when it comes to the products that they sale. They also have great information for you if you have any questions about anything they have or do. Highly recommended

Unfortunately we made the mistake and ordered our first product from this business and it was not delivered. This “gem” of a business owner refused to refund the purchase price or even assist with tracking down the missing product (perhaps it was shipped to an incorrect address)? So, on top of that, he was extremely (EXTREMELY) unpleasant, unhelpful and literally told us that we probably just received the product and were “scamming” him. I was almost literally speechless - and thank goodness we ordered via a 3rd party (Faire), so they happily jumped in and helped resolve the issue and processed a refund - even though the business owner (Adrian Edwards) immediately disputed the refund. This a simple and probably common issue of a single product either not being shipped to the correct address, or getting lost during shipment - and should’ve been easily resolved. However, this business owner was 100% uncooperative and downright mean about it. so BUYER BEWARE - I don’t recommend ordering from this place and at minimum, definitely use a third party (like Faire) if you choose to do business with them.

Horrible Company!! This is a message from the company when I disputed an order for non-delivery. I have received packages before and this was my one and ONLY package dispute I have made for my address. They did not reach out with concern. They accused me of Fraud and Stealing! I have a door camera with a doorbell for deliveries and there is not a person on my camera making any deliveries the day it was makerd as "delivered". I am also the only one who accepts deliveries at my address. It is not my fault that USPS did not do their job correctly. But to be accused of Fraud and Stealing. That is uncalled for! Message from "Chester": Greetings, I see that your first order was sent and marked as delivered, giving to a person in the location. I would suggest that you speak with whomever was working that day, check your cameras and speak to usps. I have already disputed your claim and will not be sending any additional items to you as I have a zero policy for fraud or people that try to steal from me. I look forward to you canceling the dispute because you found the package and we continue business. If you don’t that was your first and last order from.

Adrian was positive and offered me exactly what I was looking for; good service and natural herbal products. The atmosphere is very peaceful along with soothing scent. The have a herb wall, with a wide variety of options along with sea moss. They have crystals and have yoga classes throughout the week. I’m glad I found this place, you will to. Oh and they have a turf floor.
